Could not agree more. They’re actually falsely raising the property values in the area but it’s a mirage. A man made bubble.

A 3 bedroom home in the heart of Tacony, right off of Torresdale and not far from where crack is sold on corners, there are properties being listed for damn near 200k. Insane.

I definitely don’t think it’s benefiting anyone but the investors. Also, I truly hope you understand I meant no offense or disrespect to the Asian community as a whole. And welcome to Philly!
