Hi David, thanks for the extremely well thought out response. I tend to agree with your theory. Makes perfect sense. In fact I just wrote another piece last week, that your theory practically solves it’s main questions.

Forgive me if I’m mistaken but I believe you can lock a story and still add it to select publications, the key is that the publication itself has to be a member of the Program. That and obviously the publication keeps a percentage of what your story earns. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with the process, as I don’t think any of the main publications I write for have joined. Thanks again for your thoughts, pretty sure you’re spot on and it somehow helps ease my frustrations.
