I couldn’t agree more. My inspiration behind writing this was literally just opening medium and looking at my main feed. It’s not just a medium issue though,it’s everywhere.

And in fairness I believe there’s legitimate benefits to cold showers and more importantly I’m a huge supporter of the work of several people that wholeheartedly believe in the cold shower thing. I just really enjoy hot showers and dislike cold water.
