I definitely acknowledge and respect it’s a business at the end of the day. Which is a conclusion that like you said — just hurts my writers heart. Forgive my language but I just feel like the whole no ad thing was a dick tease. They made us believe they were different than all the other platforms. We were sold a dream, one we bought into and are still paying for monthly.

They built a profitable road off our backs and made us believe they’d allow us to one day travel up it — without ever figuring out exactly how that’d work.
