I do a lot of both. Fall asleep to one or the other almost every night without fail and a lot of times I have one or the other on in the background during the day as well, pretty much at all times except when I’m writing.
I listen to a lot of audiobooks on youtube, as well as a lot of Ted Talks on psychology, creativity, business and different things that interest me.
