Loved this Tammy, thanks so much for submitting regularly — means the world to us. And a fun fact I just read this morning — neuroscience now claims gratitude literally helps fend off anxiety, depression and etc.
I’ve literally started my day off by remembering to count ten things I’m grateful for each morning, before leaving for work. Sometimes I need to re-up on gratitude by lunch but hey, I’m trying right? haha thanks again Tammy, enjoy your night.
