I always appreciate people sharing their experiences with me, especially when it relates. In this case or at least as far as this topic goes, I think its helpful for both the reader and writer to see they're not alone, there's others that feel that way as well as people who care.
And no worries on the negative commentary, comes with the territory. The amount of people who were projecting their past experiences onto me was pretty obvious as many were upset at things I didn't even say.
