The problem of course being, people were given incentive to recount stories of her being mean, all of if not most of which were unsubstantiated.

That and, she is still human. I’m sure she’s had moments she isn’t proud of. Yes, her overly nice image is just that, an image.

But that doesn’t make her an inherently mean or bad person.
